Worst customer service by far.they will take your deposit and you will not get it back. Sydney will tell you that you getting the deposit back and you wont.as for amy the so called manager.dont deal with her at all.everytime i went in this location there was always somebody mad at amy and the way she talk to pep.i dealt with her and her lack of social skills i personally dont know how she became a manager. Me and the other lady was trying to sort my issue out to find out what happened with my deposit.out of no where she sticks her noise in our conversation.very unprofessional on her part but whatever this is what enterprise made a supervisor.i dont know how she can supervise anyone.she prob couldn't even find her way back to the parking lot.drive to another location.dont come here if you do dont deal with amy.i think thats her name.white lady with a bun in her head.you will know her when you go in there.it seems to be her hair style of choice. Oh yea and if they hapn to piss you off dont curse even under your breath because then they block you from renting at any enterprise.news flash.do they not know there are many other rental companies in laf to go with.you have been warned.deal with amy if you want to at your own discretion.managers like that will bring your business down crashing.the way you treat pep.karma always come back amy

My new favorite car rental company. We asked for a midsize vehicle, they told us to expect an elantra or something similar...They gave me a new Mustang convertable! I don't want to give it back! Thanks Enterprise, for the great trip.

The car was dirty and not on a full tank. Horrible customer servicar on return and no key box to drop off. No shuttle to pick up or drop off. I thought enterprises had a well pick you up and drop you off I requested this early.
