Great rate, great service on our 8 day rental in Boston. Switched our pick up location and then dropped off at a different locarion and all fees were waived. Evin at the Government location in Boston made it all happen easily and happily. No other agency would do what he did. You have a new customer

Hello, Enterprise;

As usual your service was excellent.  However, I ordered an SUV 2-3 months prior to pickup and when I arrived, I was told there was not an SUV available.  What is the point of offering a particular car if you cannot deliver it?

Best customer service that I have seen in a long time ! Employees are amazing.  The set up is a little strange - you check in on the bottom floor of a garage and then proceed to the 8th floor to get your car.  A little crazy to return the car w/ all the Boston traffic but that was not the employees fault by any means.  All the employees that we encountered were friendly and were very knowledgeable. We had to change our rental to less days and when I went online - it doubled the price of the rental however when I called directly to this location - they not only took care of it - but reduced the price as well.  Ryan, Anna and Nicole were all excellent !   I have told so many people about them.  I would definitely recommend them.

I always use Enterprise whenever I need a rental car. The staff is terrific. The car selection is solid. Rented the car for a 2 week family vacation. Fun was had by all and it was nice not to have to worry about the car

Top notch service , Great price and location . Checked a few other spots and picked Enterprise . Glad we did . They even gave us a low rate on a New BMW . Awesome !!!!!
