Excellent experience as a member of the National Emerald Club. 

Skipped the counter and walked directly to the parking lot.  They had quite a few cars to choose from.  I ended up picking a Mazda 3 sport which was fully loaded and only had ~1000 miles on the odometer.  Signing out the car was simple and returning it was just as easy.  Very fast and painless.

Excellent service! They were able to get me a rental the night of a storm that had cancelled my flight. Along drive I believe someone slashed one of my tires at a gas station. I wasn't aware of this until my tire popped  in the middle of the highway. National was able to get me a tow and arrange a new ride at a National rental center along my route. As a result of all of this, I was able to only miss 1 day of my vacation instead of 2.

National always provides an exceptional automobile and outstanding service with every rental. My recent trip to Boston in my interaction with National was exactly what my expectations were and exceeded. I arrived late but was taken care of with a great vehicle and exceptional customer service all the way to driving out with the young customer service lady in the booth. She was engaging, very friendly and extremely professional. I love national car rental and would recommend them to anybody who truly wants an amazing experience when traveling and the need for a vehicle.

Pros: Easy pickup and drop off (I'm in the Emerald Club so was able to use the Emerald Aisle to pick any car I wanted). After a week of usage, I determined that I needed the car a bit longer, which was easy to set up with a quick call to National. Cons: As it was my first time using the Emerald Aisle, I wasn't sure what to do. There was no one at the ticket counter so we headed out to the car lot, but still no one there. We eventually just picked a car, got in (keys were in it), and drove off. I'm still rather shocked it just worked. Would have been nice to have a human there to just answer a few simple questions. But overall a great experience and I will book again.

The team here had a great selection of vehicles and the staff was plenty helpful.  I really enjoy being able to go straight to my car and leave.  I would like if they took more time cleaning them especially the windows. As I left it was raining and my windshield was just a mess and difficult to see out of.
