The staff is great. Very professional and courteous. Vehicle was clean and new with most all of the features I needed.

Good service. Not band price. Nice location. I like the fact that if you cannot return the car at midnight you can do it in the morning without​ charge. Like they said is a whole day service. I will rent again there.

Would give zero stars if possible. 

We rented our vehicle and were given specific instructions for our rental from the attendant on Friday about how to do an after hours return on Sunday night. When we arrived at the garage on Sunday, the garage door was closed and bolted down. We attempted to call the service line. At first we were bounced between the rental extension line and the car breakdown line a few times. We also had our call dropped at least 3 times, with absolutely no follow up from any of the service people to call us to make sure it worked out. When we called back and got one of them again, they said they "assumed it had worked out". It ended up with the call be dropped again and not being to reach anyone on the phone. 

Instead of leaving the car on the street in a No Parking zone with the key in the car. We decided to return it the next day at the airport as our flight out of town was before this location opened at 7 am. Upon arriving at this site the attendant then stated that we should have just left the car on the on the street in a No Parking zone with the key in the car but locked. I have never heard any rental car attendant suggest such a solution. She then demanded that we pay an extra $30 dollars because we changed drop out locations, saying it was out of her hands. 

We will never use Hertz again.

Rented full size vehicle for 2 weeks, got a Chevy Cruze. All i got for this was a $30 refund. Staff not really willing to understand or help.
