I have to share how amazing my experience was at the downtown location in Boston, MA!! Our flight was late arriving into Logan and the National closed at 6pm so we had to call ahead to make sure someone would wait  for us to get our car! Monica Carrillo did not only stay late to wait for us, she treated my friend and I with AMAZING service!! I do not know what we would have  done if Monica did not wait for us because all cars were sold out at Logan....I highly recommend renting from Monica over Logan airport as her service was top rated!! Also when I had to extend my rental due to family emergency, she accommodated my needs and really made me feel at ease.  Monica thank you for giving me such amazing customer service and treating me like family!

Helpful staff and a good location to get out of the city that doesn't require too much interaction with the notorious Boston traffic! Easy to get to from anywhere in the downtown area, should be considered against airport rentals to save some money.

In most part I admire the people whom work in this branch. As emerald club I do get to upgrade. It did not work so well the last time.
Excellent location usually excellent service.
Will keep using this location to avoid airport fees.
My rating would go beyond 5 stars,  for service excellence.
When it comes to car rental I have only one address. This goes also on international trips.

Short taxi ride from Boston Logan Airport to Atlantic Ave National Car Rental counter. Courteous helpful clerks made pickup quick and easy. When reserving chose to return to Airport location. Saved half over pick up at airport. Both locations courteous and helpful to make for a great quick and easy car rental experience. Recommend considering taxi to Atlantic Ave and $ave. VERY PLEASED!!

We used National for our car rental and we used the location off site of the airport. It saved us money and it was quick and easy getting there. The staff was very nice and helpful giving us directions for where we needed to go. They even recognized us when we returned the car and asked about our trip.
