Make sure to check the fee breakdown really well. I told them I didn't want their insurance because mine covered it, and showed them mine. When I scrolled through the screen that representative showed me of the fees. The insurance wasn't on the list. But when my receipt printed out I was charged an additional $79.95 for insurance for my 5 days. will not be renting from here again.

Rented as part of insurance claim. Had cargo van ready - did not sweep/clean interior. Told wait and they would clean or return as such ok. I elected to return without cleaning out. Nice agent took me home.

Fast friendly service, didn't  have the vehicle I reserved but received a larger premium vehicle for the same price. I will definitely use this location to rent again and again.

I reserved a car for $43.00 per day. When I arrived, I was told they were sold out and my only choice was a Dodge Charger, for $63.00 per day. They would not honor my reserved price because of a policy of supply & demand. My car was inoperable, and I had no choice. This is the second time enterprise has entirely botched my reservation. The last time, I ran into the same situation of "sold out, zero car for you" and was sent all over town to retrieve the "last car" from different stores; at each stop, they'd rented it to someone else. I missed work and lost income. I think we're through, Enterprise.

Fraudulent inducement of a contract. 

Charged $25/day for an "insurance waiver" on a car that cost $20/day.

The "insurance waiver" is:
1. Unnecessary. Your insurance WILL cover you in the event of an accident. 
2. Will NOT be explained at time of sale.
3. Will not refunded when disputed.

Do not give this company your credit card.
