Had a difficult go from the beginning --1. called to be picked up and were still waiting at our hotel 1.5 hours later (it was an 11min drive) 2. we were told that there was no record of us needing a pick up when we called to inquire if they were coming or not...3. when we got there, we were told it wasn't that they forgot about us, but that they didn't have a car for us (so we were left at the hotel without anyone letting us know this??) 4. we were given a compact car instead of the midsize we had booked 5 days earlier. What's worse is that we found this out ourselves because they just pulled up the car and left us outside looking up on our phones to see if we had made the mistake of accidentally booking a compact 5. the car was very dirty. 6. we were quoted a final rental price of $50 more on return than what we were quoted on when we left. We were very upset and disappointed. I have only ever rented enterprise and this had never happened before. HOWEVER! We were lucky enough to find out that the new manager Anthony was helping us when we returned our car -- I wanted to share our experience with him so that he had an idea of some of the concerns we had and problems that could have been easily fixed. He was wonderful, genuinely wanting to listen to us and he was able to accommodate our concerns. It felt like he honestly wanted to do better for that specific branch. Plus, both of the driver's we had were very good and safe drivers. Best of luck Anthony at the new branch, I think they are going to be very happy having you turn things around there -- thank you again!

June 8th of 2016 we came here I need a of a rental car because my 2010 Ford Focus was having issues with its radiator so we come in here and we got us a nice little car to drive around I believe it was a Nissan but I can't remember what kind what it was a Nissan it was very nice the people there were very nice they even said that if I scratch the car they would sell me some insurance in case that happen which is good because my son has been taking Sharpies lately and drawing things and that time and he did he drew a bear eating a mouse and a piece of pizza dancing it was just kids stuff what the fact that he did on the passenger door was bad he did get in trouble we gave him a timeout and told him he had to not please Nintendo switch for 2 days we thought that was fair for a 13 year old kid. Anyways thanks for giving us insurance on that rental we had to pay a penny because we have an aftermarket warranty and it took care of everything and took care of a rental and everything all we had to do was pay for the insurance which like I said Thank you for telling us that because my son was in a drawing FaZe he was stealing Sharpies constantly all day long he was stealing them from his school he was stealing them when we went to Family Dollar he would hide them and his underwear all kinds of stuff and he has autism and he is not easy to deal with all the time

Booked a full size and the only car they had left was a Accent with no cruise control. Apparently they had overbooked again. Went down the street to Avis and got a full size for cheaper then Enterprise.

1. The store confirmed my reservation, but on arrival they did not have the large SUV I had been confirmed for. They gave me a choice between a smaller SUV and a pickup truck. Neither of which suited my needs. 2. The vehicle was FILTHY. The staff had not cleaned the car prior to my arrival and so I waited while they cleaned it up - a little. After driving off the lot, I began to smell what could only have been cigarette smoke deeply saturated into the fabric of the seats/carpet. It reeked! 3. The tires were not even fully inflated. Moments after pulling onto the street, the system alerted me to two tires that were under-inflated. 4. The staff at the Burlington Street store did nothing to try to correct the situation. 5. Fortunately, AVIS - just down the street - had the vehicle size I needed. It was clean and wound up to be less expensive than the Enterprise price.
