Minivan was clean and fit our needs perfectly. Easy to pick up and return. The only issue is if you pick up the car before noon or return it after noon you must pay for an extra day. Since we needed to leave before noon we were required to pay for a extra day.

I've been using this location for several years, with always a positive experience. Only had a snag once and they upgraded me for the same price. That's Customer Service! Their Pick up & Drop off service makes it so convenient I'll never use anyone else. Thank you!

this was a good one... dropped my car off at the service station... Enterprise (Spencer) was there to pick me up but when I went to rent the car, I realized I had left important documents to rent the car at home... so the Enterprise driver took me all the way home to look for the docs... when I got home I discovered the docs I needed were actually back in my vehicle at the service station!  So Spencer drove me all the way back to the service station, I got my docs, and rented the car successfully - this type of great customer service and patience on a day where I was very absentminded was greatly appreciated!!!!  Thank you Enterprise.

The representatives were very nice but the car was not clean, the windows in particular inside and out were spotty and had finger prints. I had specifically told them it was going to be used for a wedding and it needed to be clean.  They gave me a car wash credit BUT I had to take it to the car wash and the credit was not enough to cover the interior cleaning.

This was by far the best of the best. I wanted a minivan at the last minute and even though they didn't have one they got one from another location and it was brand new. We got to drive it for the first 1000 miles on a trip to visit family. This was an a+ experience. Thank you to the staff.
