What a day !!!  I had a 5 o'clock appointment around the corner at Gerber Collision. I work out in Livonia. But, thanks to my 'sweetheart' of a boss, he wouldn't let me leave a little bit early ( quittin' time- 4p.m.), to fight the traffic and the potholes some 50 miles along the way. (Thanks, Jim !!!). I arrived @ Gerber at 5:55- FIVE minutes before closing !!! I called the fine people at Enterprise immediately, and they said, "sure, no problem, we'll come pick you up". Can't tell you how thankful I am for being so understanding. Some businesses would have shut down for the day. Nice to know there are some nice people in this world. Uh-hum... Cough, cough !!!!....
Update: finished the process after getting my car back from the shop. Everyone at Enterprise was AWESOME. Customer service here, I feel, could not be matched. Best rental experience I EVER had renting a car. ( outside of actually being on vacation !!!)

We rented a van to take our family to TN. The process was super easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. We decided to pass on the GPS because of the additional cost. The branch manager Sarah said we could use it no extra charge and thank goodness we had it because once we got into the mountains our cell phones had no service and we would have gotten lost. I've already reserved a van for July  because the experience through Enterprise was super easy. Thank you Enterprise!!

The Customer service was great but the car I rented would not hold air in the tire. Had to keep stopping to fill it up on an already long 7 hour drive. I haven't had this issue with the Troy location where I usually rent so definitely check out the car  before leaving!

I gave them 2 stars because they did pick me up and drop me off. I received a rental while my car was being repaired the car was nice yet the agent missed that a piece of molding was missing on the car. Something I would not have noticed since I don't own the car but when I returned it they accused me of removing it. Like I would want a piece of molding for anything.  No damage anywhere around where the molding was missing yet they asked me for $250 to cover it.  NO WAY.  Be careful I believe they are using unsuspecting renters to pay for things on their cars they want to have fixed!!

update- 02/02/18 -I received a call from Jeff at Enterprise and they covered the expense of the missing molding and returned my $50 deposit and a good customer service gesture. I am still keeping one star due to the rudeness of the employees at the Hall location yet appreciate the Enterprise Company taking care of their customers.

Enterprise is by far the best rental company I've ever dealt with. They have always been more than accommodating to requests; any issues that may present themselves are dealt with quickly and efficiently by the  knowledgeable and friendly staff. After trying various other rental companies, I can confidently say Enterprise is the premium choice.
