Great vehicle, great service. I rented a 2018 Ford F-150 for 10 days. The service I received, after a couple of extensions, was phenomenal! I will definitely rent from Enterprise again.

This Enterprise location is in an off-airport location. The staff is more than willing to make sure you receive everything you need for a stress-free car rental. Special kudos go to Michael who is a customer service representative. He went out of his way to locate the specific luxury car I needed, even though it meant having to go pick the vehicle at a different office nearly 10 miles away. He picked me up in the desired car and drove me to the office where I completed the rental agreement in less than 5 minutes. After pointing out the various features of the vehicle, I was on the road in less than 10 minutes. This location deserves your serious consideration if you need to rent a car, truck, utility vehicle, sports car, or luxury vehicle.

I've dealt with this location many times and i go out of my way to go here.  The customer service is great.  The only reason i gave 4 stars is my last rental had low washer fluid and it froze during the trip.  Bought fluid and refilled it but it still wouldn't work.

Experience was and is amazing with the associates at the Gratiot Clinton Township office but was disappointed due to the fact that after I made my reservation I received an email for the $12.99 weekend special but was not able to book for that day the next weekend coming up or the following. Also in store advised that they were unable to honor the sale because I had to book online but how when nothing was available. That is very disappointing and misleading to us as customers.
