I have rented numerous cars from Conshohocken Hertz over the years and in the beginning it was exclusively due to the prices being much cheaper than what I would be quoted at the airport.  After using this location for over 2 years for both long and short term rentals, I can honestly say it's one of the best.  Stellar customer service every time.

George - the office guy. He stole my 400 USD from my wallet when i went to return my car and gave him key to inspect car. My wallet was inside the car and he removed the money. I suspect it because when I took the receipt and was leaving, he didn't mention that I forgot my wallet in car whereas the wallet was right on the shotgun seat. I suddenly remembered and I asked him to unlock car for me. This guy is a thief. Hertz pl take action against him. Hertz Philadelphia.

I have rented in this place lots of times and always was very well received. They have hired a very rude and brainless person - GEORGE. The rental car was in my name and wanted to change to my husband’s. He was not willing to change the rental to husband’s name nor was he accepting husband’s credit card for rental. Finally when we gave in to his demands and said we will take the car in my name, he still would not give saying that he thinks that my husband is going to drive the car even though its in my name. He calls his boss and tells him all wrong stories and then tells us that he is going to cancel the rental and he will only give when my husband apologizes for his behavior. I wish i could call the cops but we had to rush to airport. He needs to be mental hospital and not making hell for ppl who are paying for car rental.

Don't take debit cards and rep was rude offering no empathy for me having a reservation yet not being informed of the no credit card no service rule
