To start, I reserved my SUV for 9am. I had to be somewhere by 11am. I called at 8am to schedule a pick up at 830a. I was informed that my vehicle wouldn’t be ready til around noon. The only other vehicle available was a compact and it wasn’t big enough. I had to wait until nearly 11am to get a vehicle then I was told that I didn’t live within the pick up distance area. So I was forced to leave my vehicle in the HEB parking lot for 5 days. The vehicle itself was nice, clean, great gas mileage. But I was not happy at all with the lack of concern for my inconvenience. I missed my 11am appointment and was not offered any type of compensation for my time or not getting the size of vehicle I needed and had reserved. There was no empathy from the staff either and no apology from management. I’ve rented from Enterprise for years in Corpus Christi, but I will not reserve from this location again.

I'll start with the bad....Enterprise says that they can pick you up, well it took them over 2 hours to pick me up at my house (I live about 2 miles away from their store).  Once I got there I got quoted a different price than what I had booked online.  The guy who assisted me, seemed in a rush, could not explain to me why the rates were different than what I booked online (about $100.00 more).  
As for the truck, it was clean, nice and definitely a smooth ride.  Had no trouble driving it and made for a comfortable trip.
When I returned the truck I was told the price was higher because of the insurance I chose (I was charged a specific rate per day).  However, I was quoted that price before I said yes to the insurance option....very confusing.
I definitely would shop around before booking with them.  Why bother booking online just to get charged a higher price in person without an explanation of the charges?

I have rented from this location twice without any problems.  Prompt pickup after calling them.  Courteous and helpful employees.  Vehicles always very clean and in excellent condition.  Rental policies and fees are reviewed before the rental so no surprises.  Basic rental prices are very competitive but the insurance add-ons can add up to the basic rate - so watch out.

The location has experienced increased volume.  To assure prompt pick-up (if desired) call  early to assure prompt pickup.
