The staff downstairs at the desk was friendly and helpful. The greeter upstairs though was too busy with his phone to bother noticing me until one of his co-workers walked up to help. 
The rental experience however was good and the car was pretty okay. Not the cleanest I've ever seen, but pretty much status quo at this point. 
Price was good and I would certainly consider renting from here again.

My check in was great. decently fast and friendly service. After driving off the lot, I realized the alignment was terribly messed up on the car. The steering wheel was not even centered and this made it extremely difficult to steel and drive in general. I also noticed the car was almost 2,000 miles past the oil change mileage on the sticker. I mean how are maintenance issues like this going unnoticed and unaddressed? I drove this car 4 hours one day on a trip I had to make for work, who know what could have happened on that drive due to these issues. I was going to share these issues with an employee upon returning the car but the man who took the return literally looked like he could not have cared less about me as a customer or his job. He barely spoke to me and never asked how the rental was or how my trip was or anything of the sort so I didn't share. This location obviously doesn't care about the safety of their customers or keeping them for that matter.

It still amazes me that they don't clean the INSIDE of the windshield on these cars. I can't tell you how dangerous that is and no one seems to care. I've turned into the sun with the rent cars from Enterprise and National several times and have had to pull over to clean the junk off the INSIDE of the windshield so I didn't get blinding glare. Other than that, I like the rentals. They could clean them better, but I guess that is asking too much. I grabbed the emergency brake to set it on the last car I rented and it had sticky "something" on the bottom side. I've resolved to bring my own cleaning supplies when renting cars anymore. Absolutely amazing to me. Oh, and I rent at least 2 weeks out of the month from these companies. If they would clean the cars better, I would give them 5 stars. .

The service was great! Bottled waters and friendly service were waiting upon our arrival. The only thing I wish I knew ahead of time was layout of Austin airport. Upon arriving at South terminal, I had to wait for a shuttle to rental car area at main terminal. Between waiting for shuttle, driving to main terminal and waiting at rental car desk, it took well over an hour. Nice to know for planning purposes.

As usual, a great experience with Enterprise! There was quite a line at the airport counter which is the only reason for 4 not 5 stars. Very fast processing at the counter (I have an account & had made a reservation), incredibly fast picking up our car in the garage. (Thanks for the bottles of ice water!) Car perfect. Smoothest airport return ever. Very pleasant & professional staff. Definitely my go-to car rental agency!
