So happy to finally be losing my pregnancy weight! My precious daughter will be a year this month. I chose the more high intensity workouts because I want the fat to melt off yes but also I feel more alive. I feel so much more energy, this I haven’t felt since my daughter was born and I am very grateful for that! The gym is clean and beautiful I am happy to be a member.
