Couldn't have asked for a better experience or prices! Michael and Jennifer were always incredibly quick to respond to my inquires. Shipping was fast and easy. I even needed to get our rings re-sized (they offer this service complimentary), and within a few hours they had shipped me a mailing label, and within a week I had the rings back and at the perfect size! I've recommended to my friends and family as well. Also since it is antiques, I feel like that adds special value and is conflict-free.

Michael and family at EraGem have made the experience of buying an engagement ring a simple and low-stress event.  From beginning to end they helped me pick the right ring for the price range I was looking in, they then sent the ring to me overnight via FedEx in its current size and I was able to have the ring for the proposal.  Afterwards I was able to get my fiance's ring size and we sent the ring back to EraGem in the insured FedEx box they provided.  After they resized the ring, they sent it back to us overnight and we had it back in 4 days for our trip to visit with family.  If that's not top-notch customer service I don't know what it!!  I would highly recommend EraGem for the quality of the vintage rings, gemstones, price, and customer service!!

Every few days I would go on their site and look at their beautiful rings, dreaming of owning one myself. This weekend my fiancé proposed, and he had purchased a ring I had picked out from EraGem. Everything about the ring is perfect, and it is thanks to EraGem that I ended up getting the ring of my dreams. They were incredibly helpful, from payment to pick up, and were incredible patient with resizing and answering any of our questions. I cannot recommend EraGem enough, and I am beyond thrilled with both the ring and our overall experience. Thank you!

The guys at EraGem were great, super laid back and knowledgeable. My wedding ring is beautiful and unique. The staff was super helpful when I dropped by and when I made an appointment. The re-sizing was quick and they shipped it out to my work so I was sure to get it., I love the website and just look on there for entertainment.

I bought my vintage sapphire engagement ring from EraGem in their location in Bellevue. The antique ring went perfectly for our Paris engagement! 

Michael at EraGem was super helpful in helping me make a choice on the ring (we looked over 30 rings and he helped me narrow it down to the perfect one! My fiancée loves it!)
