Rebecca Chortyk, and the entire Statefarm team have taken such good care of me from day 1. Starting simple and just setting up renters insurance, and auto insurance. Then recently, assisting me in a total loss with my vehicle. After my accident, I realized that an angel pin from my grandmother who passed away was still in my totaled vehicle. Statefarm sent someone out to the yard that my car was being held to recover the pin, as well as multiple other items that I didn't even realize were in the car. The box with my belongings was on my doorstep 3 days after my accident. I always felt like Rebecca and Statefarm were on my side, and fair with everything. I am not even sure that I would switch insurance companies if another company offered me the same coverage at a lower monthly rate, because there is just no way that the service can compare to that of Statefarms.

I have been a customer of Chris Nielsen's since I first moved to Tennessee in 2015, and I have only ever had fantastic experiences with the whole staff. Everyone with whom I speak is friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about getting me and my significant other the best rates and options available to us. I have (thankfully) not had to file a claim with them yet, but I am soon to have three policies with them, and I'm sure that they are just as kind and helpful at that point, too. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Chris Nielsen is a great agent. I have had State Farm Insurance over the years but he has been the best one yet. They are always helpful & quick at handling claims. His staff is very friendly yet professional :D
