Very strange shop. I called to get a used car inspection and was asking questions around what services they would perform. The lady who picked up the phone seemed very unresponsive. She gave the phone to a mechanic. I asked him a simple question and he responds with, "Did you even own a bmw"....implying that they are expensive and from the questions I was asking he didn't seem to think I can afford one. I tell him that yes I own one but looking to purchase another used one. I was being very respectful throughout our conversation. Was just simply asking question as I didn't know the process since it was my first time purchasing a used German car which was 10 years old. The mechanic (who sounded like he owned the place) continues to say he doesn't want my business. Point black period. I live locally so I stopped over to clear any communication and the same lady in the front treated me very rudely. And the mechanic refused to take my business and didn't even want to listen. Never had this happens to me before so I was very shocked. I always like to give people benefit of the doubt but this was beyond strange. Really made me think if I was in the wrong but really couldn't figure it out. God bless these folks.

Honest, competent professionals! 
Richard and his crew diagnosed and fixed in 1 day the tire and alignment problem on our Audi A4 (the same problem that Audi Service in Princeton were unable to figure out in multiple appointments over almost 2 years).
Also, thank you, Diane for getting us the best price for the tire replacements!

I never take my car anywhere else. These folks are honest and good at what they do. What more could you want in a garage?
