Front desk staff was nice and friendly when she checked us in. When I got to the room I was having a hard time getting in due to having a screaming toddler and trying to carry our luggage. The housekeeper noticed and came over and offered to help me. She was very patient and helpful with my son. The room was very clean and smelled great. I asked for a extra pillow and the housekeeper got it to me right away. I will definitely be back and recommend this place to family and friends. Your housekeeper is very nice and friendly I want to thank her for taking the time to help me out. I can't remember her name but she was on the 3rd building. Please thank her for us again. Very great service. 5-20-17. Very happy with the service.

booked a room and then when i went there from 6 hr drive time away " we over booked you no have room, and rooms dirty no you stay". are you kidding me. i went there bc my little boy has to have a medical procedure done first thing in morning. it was near midnight when i finally got a room in Castle Rock. bar none the worst hotel experience ive ever had in my 45 years. will make it my personal mission to let everyone know this business should rapidly become none existent. on top of it all they refused to give me anything in writing that my stay was cancelled by them so i have to fight them with my bank on payment.

Good place great staff. What is nice is instead of eating fast food you can cook on the stove top they supply the dishes. The rooms are clean and the price is fair.

I lived here from Sept 2015 to January 2017. They fired old staff and got a new manager in October 2016. They raised rent on only single Women because they thought we were prostitutes. I am a Disabled Veteran and it got so I couldn't afford food or medicine. They made it so bad there. But let me tell you the worst part, with the new manager it got bad they were letting in drug dealing, fights in the parking lot, the quality went downhill so fast. So super expensive to stay in a place surrounded by violent crime. While they were pushing out Disabled Veteran Grandmas like me. Avoid avoid avoid.

As a family of seven we arrived very excited to begin our stay and up arriving in the room found several things of concern. Although the staff was friendly our room was dusty and we found several items in disrepair. A broken doorknob, dusty lampshades, a broken light and fan in bathroom,broken toilet seat, and a fridge with no shelving. Not to mention the broken dresser that they didnt bother to clean. For a family of seven we arrived to two hand towels and washcloths, and ONE towel for all of us. When we went to get extras they made us turn in the towels we had and therefore we had one towel the whole stay for SEVEN people. Although we chose to stay and appreciated the lower price I feel that we got LESS then what we paid for.
