The clerks were going around in circles, mostly the one. I wondered if she was new The three of them saw that Bob was in a wheelchair & they gave us a room on the 2 d floor way down the hallway. There was a bunch of kids that was on some kind of team This lady who is apparently with the team assured us that they are good kids and they know the rules. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

I was there for a job fair. The grand ballroom was very big and worked well for the hundreds of people in attendance. There was plenty of parking. The bathrooms were well maintained. Overall the hotel seems very modern. I would choose to stay at this hotel.

Room service was beyond hopes. Very nice room. Super comfy bed. Only thing to make it perfect was if the pool had been open. Fun time

Fully renovated lobby and Business Class Rooms and lobby looks great along with full service bar and in house restaurant serving breakfast and dinner daily. Decent staff and a gift shop as well. They have a guest laundry room too & front desk sells detergent and dryer sheets. ENTIRE HOTEL IS NON-SMOKING. I only give 3 stars though because they are currently still renovating and therefore a lot of Standard Rooms have an upgraded living/bedroom, but the bathrooms are still the sad looking originals from the 70's, yet they still charge you as if the room is FULLY UPDATED, when it's not. ONLY Business Class rooms include a mini fridge and microwave. There are no fans in the bathrooms and windows don't open, so the whole room is like a sauna for 1-3 hours after showering and the a/c units don't work very well either. Crazy as it seems, ALL the vending machines ONLY ACCEPT CREDIT/DEBIT, so if you're thirsty after the hotel bar closes at 11pm and only have cash, you're outta luck.

Met family in town who were staying at the hotel. Twice we met up at the bar. The pickings were slim. Not enough alcohol to make basic drinks. No amaretto, no juices, no blender. The bar area looked updated and upscale but hard to give it that when there wasn't much offerings.
