Clean, either new or recently renovated hotel. Just what we needed, nothing more. Clean comfortable bed and bathroom, all the expected amenities in good condition. Courteous staff.

Hotels overbook, I understand this and the poor rating is not because the hotel over booked. The rating is driven my customer experience. We booked two rooms and requested connecting rooms though recognise that there were no guarantees. We attempted to check in around 5pm and we were asked by the front desk to come back in 30 minutes, as they tried to shuffle things around and get us connecting rooms. We happily obliged and went for dinner. When we came back around 7pm, the same front desk staff advised that the hotel was full and that they were overbooked. They then spent the next 30 minutes or so trying to find us alternative accommodation. The front desk staff had made no effort to find us alternative accommodation, during the period that we went to dinner and they had told us that they were trying to get us two rooms together, despite knowing that we had very young children. The general manager was sat in the small lounge area of reception during the entire time and at no point did he engage us or offer an apology. It is a fact of life that hotel revenue managers will overbook hotels similar to airlines and i am comfortable with this. I just take issue with how the customer facing front staff made no attempt to find a solution of a known overbooking until faced with young children ready for bed time.

Hotel is very clean and the rooms are a decent size. The staff is attentive and the free breakfast is actually pretty good. It is located close to restaurants​and choose drive to shopping. I recommend this place.

Great place. Very clean in a nice out of the way spot with plenty of parking and decent breakfast bar,pol,hot tub ect..great value I rate this a Google 110%
