This place is so dirty! Bathroom wasn't clean at all, pubic hair and dirt all over the toilet and tub... so nasty. Kitchen in the room was full of food crumbs left behind. The mirror was covered in grim and the head board had hand prints on it most likely from adult play time.... Staff was unfriendly... they don't greet or say any thing to you during check in or out. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you want to clean your own room and maybe catch something  as well. Hands down the worst

My bedspread smelled like a dog slept on it and I had dog hair on the floor around my bed. I took the bedspread off to wash it and I was trying to get quarters from the front desk and explained why I am washing my bedspread.to my surprise they didn't do anything about it and I still paid to wash it myself. Thanks Extended stay.

The accomadations were nice for the area. The staff was friendly breakfast was just like granola bars. Coral and coffee though. If breakfast was better I would have rated a 5th star

Very comfortable. Front desk gentleman was super fun and definitely improved my mood. Absolutely plan to return♡

Night staff front desk is rude and very unprofessional. Customer service is extremely poor. They had difficulty looking up my prepaid reservation. Once they finally did find it, they claimed payment hadn't gone through although I had a printed receipt and a confirmation from Extended Stay as well as one from Priceline. The front desk refused to refund my money including keeping the $100 deposit although the error in the reservation was something they had done. I was never notified that the deposit was non-refundable. Instead the front desk accused me of intending to let multiple unknown individuals occupy my room and quoted some City of Seattle ordinances he claimed I was going to violate so on those grounds he was refusing to reverse the charges to my debit card. When I tried to speak to management he then claimed he was management and refused to forward my call to upper management. I have spoken with Priceline and they are following up.
