Only gave ya one cause I couldn’t give you none! Like you deserve BOOT BARN! Zero stars 
I ordered those pants on 27 December and they didn’t even get to your place until 8 January bad service holiday or not bad service then when my son went in there to exchange them for a pair pants that would fit him you didn’t have them in stock and then return policy sucks! anyways this is a cluster and from now on I will let everybody know on social media what kind customer service you have their zero!  disappointed very unhappy customer will never shop there again did you hear that I will never shop there again! Then you gave my son a hard time

Super high prices. Went to find Chippewa boots, And they only had two pair in stock. The selection was horrible.  I went to Big R and was impressed with the selection and pricing. 

One other thing, this placed felt cramped and small. Not a good vibe from the staff. The older lady was the only one offering help and she really seemed to care.

I purchased a pair of chippewa boots on black Friday. The sales lady who worked with me did not have any knowledge of products. She did not help size my feet. When trying on boots I found a defective pair and brought it to their attention. They pulled the pair off the shelf. However after making my $240.00 purchase I got home and realized I needed a smaller size. I returned the boots for an exchange only to have them try to sell me the defective pair that they put back on the shelf. When I pointed out the defect which was a bad stitch where the material was clearly separated. The salesman (tyler) tried to cover it up and tell me that the boot was fine. I felt incredibly insulted and at that point asked for a full refund. 24hrs later and the refund still has not went back into my account. Terrible experience.
