Very easy to setup your account and scan your phone at the gate where a shuttle meets you by the time you step out of your car. Then over to the airport. The shuttle driver will give you a card that has the instructions for when you return. Their shuttles run every 3-5 minutes from BWI except for 12am-5am, you call them and they’ll pick you up.

Janice is super nice! I really appreciated how kind and friendly she was. I've parked here every time I've flown out of BWI and am always impressed by how nice the workers are. Drivers are always right behind me ready to pick me up before I even get out of my car. Very affordable as well!

You got a love this place. The prices for parking here are fantastic compared with airport on site parking. The shuttle is very quick clean and comfortable. Your car is safe and sound when you get back from your flight. What else do you need?

Friendly people, easy to park and very close to the airport. I always reserve a spot and if you're a loyalty member you can earn free parking days. They also give out a bottle of water if you'd like that and the shuttles run every few moments
