As usual, Rich Langmaid made sure we received most excellent service. Everything was well explained and only the service that was needed was performed. There was no high pressure or pushing us into services that we don't need right now. The loaner car is the best option that a dealership can offer and LaFontaine comes through with very nice ones. Couldn't ask for more. I am actually comfortable spending my money at this dealership. Thanks Rich and LaFontaine!

We love LaFontaine! This is our fourth vehicle purchase/lease! Our sales person, Laura was a delight to work with as were all of the people we encountered while there. All smiles and very helpful if we had questions. I highly recommend LaFontaine!

From start to finish, the employees were pleasant and accommodating. I came for an oil change and had my 1.5yr old with me. She and I roamed the floor from the show room to waiting area and I never felt like we were an annoyance to anyone. Each employee said hello and engaged with her and I. I appreciate the play area and fish tank. While her attention span only allows for 5 min increments of any activity, both of these areas helped us to pass the time. Speaking of time, the oil change and tire rotation were finished within an hour, which was great. At checkout, the lady acknowledged my hands were full and made that process quick and easy. Big thanks to you're whole staff for letting us wander and play!

Michael was enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful in my car buying experience. He is detail oriented and wanted to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted in a new (to me) vehicle. He even went the extra mile to review CarFax for another vehicle I was considering at another dealer and helped me compare options, value, and my preferences. John in finance was also friendly and enthusiastic and made sure I understood the contracts and other various documents in the purchasing process. I appreciate the time both of these gentlemen took to make my experience pleasant and the education they gave me to help me make a decision on purchasing an extended warranty and GAP insurance. Thank you LaFontaine!!!

I never had much good experience with service from dealerships, but LaFontaine in Highlands changed that. Just over all an awesome dealership that is fair in price, very friendly atmosphere lots of very helpful service professionals especially Victoria the wonderful lady who I always go to. And Mary Ann in sales is super nice I would not buy a Caddy from any other dealership. Best dealership in my book and you can easily tell by all the reviews.
