I visited Crystal yesterday to lease a new Jeep after my previous vehicle was totaled. I was in and out in an hour and everyone was so nice and timely. My dad and I never felt like we were getting the workaround either. Other times we've been in dealerships we've had to wait for HOURS or have to come back hours later after all the paperwork to get our vehicles. Crystal was helping another customer while with me and she never skipped a beat. I contacted her earlier in the week and truly appreciate all the time and work she put in to helping me. Go to Suburban!!

Tim Brown was incredibly knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly, and patient. This was my first time leasing a vehicle, so I had many questions along the way. He answered every question graciously and informatively. He made himself available in every way through the 4-5 week process it took me to look for a new vehicle, decide on the Compass, and commit to the lease. I am grateful to Tim for all of his work during this process and that I was able to have him helping me.

Maria made the entire experience easy and stress free. She was very patient as she explained the different grand Cherokee models to us, took us out in the snow to look at them, and even went on a test ride with the two models we narrowed our choice down to. At lease signing everything was ready at our appointment time nicely tabbed to make the process smooth and quick. It goes without saying but their pricing was more than reasonable. I even got $500 more for my trade in than the other Chrysler dealer I visited had offered me. Overall a very happy customer and would recommend Maria at suburban for your next car or truck.

I have worked with Noah Webb for my past two Chrysler vehicles and he has been great! He is very friendly, works efficiently, and I always leave with a great new car! He is an asset to your Suburban Chrysler team. I highly recommend asking for him by name if anyone is looking for a new Chrysler.You won't feel pressured or put off. He makes car buying easy!
