When I inquired online about a Giulia, I was contacted by several dealerships in the surrounding area. Without question, Alfa Romeo of Victoria stood out above the rest, with their prompt communication and extreme professionalism.

Jesse was quick to get me whatever answers I needed and made the sales process a breeze. I would describe it as a "no BS" experience - it's really refreshing to be able to hammer out a deal over email without being pressured to come into the dealership.

My experience with Ken was just as great. Test driving the car was an exciting and unforgettable experience. It was a huge factor in making the final decision. Ken really knows how to handle performance cars and his passion for this industry is very clear & genuine.

I haven't had any experience with the Service department yet, but based on what I've seen so far, I suspect they will meet & exceed my expectations.

These guys were very professional, courteous and honest. My wife and I purchased a '14 Grand Caravan for our growing family and we have to say it was the BEST experience either of us had ever had with a dealership. Cheers specifically to Ken and Jesse. You guys knocked it out of the park!

I would recommend any family, friends or anyone to buy a vehicle with FIAT - Alfa Romeo of Victoria dealership. The customer service was fabulous, Ken Dinnadge is kind, funny, passionate about cars & quality of care.  I bought a Honda that was traded-in for a FIAT and I could not be happier with the attention to detail and quality. Thanks again Ken & Jesse!  Loving my new SUV :)   - Britney

I just purchased a baby blue Fiat 500c Cabrio.  This is my first brand new vehicle ever and I am loving my new car. 

As important as my enjoyment of the new car is, my experience with every member of the staff at Fiat of Victoria was equally enjoyable. 

Jeremy was my first contact and arranged for me to take it for a test drive. He got me on the road quickly and encouraged me to take my time and have a great drive.

When I decided that this was the car for me, Adam took over and gave me a fair price for my car and I didn't have to endure a lengthy negotiation to do so. 

Brett followed and organized the financial and warranty pieces. He walked me through the details with clear explanations and a great deal of patience.

Shortly after that, Kelly showed up from Hub Insurance to deal with the transfer. She was equally pleasant and lovely to work with.

All this took until about 6:00pm on Saturday of the long weekend. At no time did anyone make me feel like I was holding up their plans for the long weekend.

I rate my experience with these professional and pleasant folks to be five stars.

Quite possibly the BEST customer service I've received anywhere (& not just dealerships). Fiat here in Victoria, and Anthony who assisted me, really went above & beyond to meet my needs. My car broke down & had to get towed to them, fortunately they had the part in stock and fixed it before I even got off work that day. They offered to pay for a portion of my cab to the dealership, find me a rental car if it needed, and were SO kind & responsive both on the phone & in person. They even washed my car & fixed the clock! Cant thank these guys enough, & highly recommend them & their service department especially!
