I originally submitted an online inquiry about a used Toyota Highlander and received an immediate reply from Jesse Miller, our Product Advisor throughout the transaction.  I've only ever purchased used vehicles in the past and was not intending to buy new, but after discussion regarding our needs, Jesse was able to uncover that the best option for us was to lease a new vehicle in order to get the vehicle that we wanted, at a price we could afford and with strong residual remaining when the lease expires.  Jesse, thanks for your honest and forthright manner in discussing all of our needs and how you and Jim Pattison Toyota Victoria could deliver.  You made the experience easy and a pleasure.  I would recommend Jesse and Jim Pattison Toyota to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I brought my car in for servicing and they had a promotion that you get a free item with it. When I asked for it, they had run out completely. Minor but would've been nice to get it after spending a bunch of money on my car there.
Other than that servicing was fine and I was happy to get my car back nice and clean.

I had shopped around at a few locations in town and received decent service but it was nothing compared to the level of professionalism and courtesy I enjoyed from Lee Henwood at Jim Pattison. He was extremely low pressure and honest throughout the process and made sure he left no stone unturned when it came to our needs. He even brought my car in from another dealership to allow for the color we wanted! I highly recommend purchasing your car through Lee!

My tire blew downtown Victoria.  I didn't know what to do and called my salesperson Abe.  He had the day off and still helped.  He directed me to the emergency roadside assist.  His colleague Phil at work arranged for me to have a loaner vehicle to go home safe in until my tire was fixed.  Abe, is so passionate I wish he ran the Duncan Toyota, our entire town would be driving a Toyota.  Philip is super calm, reliable and kind.  Toyota is lucky to have them and I can't imagine buying a car elsewhere.  They treat you like family.  Wonderful place.

My husband and I recently traded in our Toyota Camry at Jim Pattison Toyota Victoria for a more recent model. Matt Higgins was the sales guy that we dealt with. Matt was great. He was personable, efficient and knowledgeable. He listened to what we wanted and provided it. He didn't try to upsell us or put us into a vehicle that we weren't interested in. We got the car that we wanted and drove away happy. We had a couple of follow-up items post purchase and Matt dealt with these to our satisfaction. 
We found the other staff at Toyota Victoria to be efficient and easy to deal with as well.
