My Wife and I had been contemplating trading in our car for a new one. We were interested in, and tested out a few other manufacturers. From the moment we drove onto the lot at JP Volvo of Victoria,  it was an amazing experience. Trevor took care of the sale side of things and was very helpful and professional. Then it was Dustin's turn to teach us. Well done and I am very happy to call myself part of the Volvo family for the very first time.

I just had a fantastic used vehicle purchase experience at Jim Pattison Volvo of Victoria.  They carry some of the best used cars and SUV’s in Victoria.  A huge thank you to Mario Lopez and Angela Hawe for making my experience completely stress-free, efficient and fun.  Mario was very helpful with my vehicle questions and Angela (the Sales/Finance Manager) was totally professional and provided me with options that I really needed.  I felt understood, respected and supported from the time I walked into the showroom until I drove away in my pristine looking 2 year old SUV. Thank you Angela and Mario !

I worked with Dustin Hofer both over the phone and in person to purchase V60 for my wife. Extremely professional and absolutely no pressure sales experience. Dustin and the entire team at Volvo Victoria made the entire experience painless and fair with no haggling required. 

We had a lot of fun and a ton of laughs too!

I would highly recommend Dustin and his team to anyone looking to purchase their new Volvo.

Thanks again for the floor mats too!

From our first visit to the dealership and meeting Trevor and Dustin we  took the XC90 for a test drive we were hooked.  We had test drove a few other cars and the Volvo was hands down the car we wanted.  We then met with Trevor again and he was wonderful to deal with and made us feel comfortable and not pressured as we went through all of our option's for purchasing a vehicle.  He was very knowledgable and it was apparent he truly had a passion for what he did.  They didn't have the specific car (exterior and interior colour) we wanted on the lot in Victoria but he found the the exact car we wanted on the mainland and had it secured it for us with no pressure to purchase. 

We then met with Angela who was so friendly and efficient and it just added to our experience.  When we came in to pick up the car after all the detailing was done tour specifications we saw a staff member polishing the car to a perfect state. 

When we went to pick up our new car Dustin introduced us to all the staff in the dealership so we would feel comfortable in the future when we came in for services or anything else we needed. 

Dustin was in charge of all tech details and was wonderful and very helpful as he thoroughly explained how our new car worked and showed us all the exciting features.  He is no where near finished as he has told us we need a few more visits for him to be completely happy with our knowledge of this level of technology. 

We then left the lot with our new car more than satisfied.  We are so excited to be part of the Volvo family!  Thank you Trevor, Dustin and Angela for making this a wonderful experience and we are so happy with our new car!

I dealt with Dustin on the trade-in of my 2015 Volvo for a newer model. He bent over backwards to make it an informative, painless and quick process at a more than fair price. The whole Volvo Victoria bunch are a great group to deal with. This is my 3rd Volvo and won't be my last!!!
