Approachable, professional, resourceful. We came to Glenoak looking to add a second car to our fleet. Having moved to Victoria recently, we had high expectations and a limited budget. Without delay we were working with Peter to find leasing and financing options that worked for us. A new model popped up that was currently being detailed, so we booked a test drive and tune up for our truck the following day. The new addition - well priced, used car in amazing condition. The service - cost effective and thorough. A huge thank you to Robert, Peter, Bill and the rest of the team. We look forward to coming to you for all our vehicle and service needs down the road. From the front staff to the sales team and into the service department, the team at Glenoak are fantastic to deal with! 

I have an F150 and a CMax, both purchased here, that I service at Glenoak. The prices are fair and I trust their team to be fully trained on the requirements of my Ford vehicles.

Awesome truck buying experience at Glenoak. From initial cold call on a used truck, to a good test drive, to a pressureless bartering experience, to my new/used truck! I needed the truck asap for a trip, drove it away and enjoyed it for two weeks, then took it back for a couple things that needed attention from the initial inspection. The management there had changed, but my truck was taken in and buffed up to perfection! Got to get yourself into a Ford!

Glen Oak Ford is a group of individuals that strive to do everything possible to inform, please and professionally serve the customer. From the service department (Bill Thompson) to the salesmen (Ryan) and management (Paul, Peter), you feel like you are served well and important. Hats off to this dealership. When I need another car, I will be back!

I have bought now 5 vehicles from Ford the last truck I bought I prepaid for all maintenance  and also bought there full warranty. The problem with this is that everything that has gone wrong with any parts they have not warrantied it and have said its due to circumstance's of the driver not the part. Fair enough except last time there was no problem and they even tried to charge me foe a service which I prepaid. We will not be buying our vehicles for our company anymore through Ford
