I had a great experience with Findlay Subaru. We worked with John Von Winkel to purchase an Outback and he was fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable and helpful and never was overbearing or pushy.  I contacted all of the dealers in the Phoenix and found that Findley Subaru not only offered a great price but was easy to work with and made the experience very pleasant.

I have purchased a dozen or so vehicles from dealerships across the country. Without question Findlay Subaru was the best overall experience my wife and I have had. Ahamed, Keely, and Mark (Service Manager),  were all 10+'s in every department. We looked at 3 models - Crosstrek, Outback, Forester. They patiently and enthusiastically spent the DAY with us as we decided. There was no pressure. All were knowledgeable and got us the best deal without haggling, pressure, or hard sell of ancillary add ons. We will always buy from them.

I purchased a car from Tim's, right before it changed hands, that vehicle was totalled and I purchased another vehicle, this time it was Findlay. It has been 3 months that I've been expecting my return for the warranty I purchased. After dealing with the finance man several times,  I was recently informed that the money for the warranty went towards my wrecked car, that was covered 100% by insurance. Somehow, between the change, a mistake was made and I have to fight to get back my money. My salesman was great, but finance seemed to have much difficulty with the change or maybe just within that department.
