We have lived in this town for 14 years.  We recently purchased a new Cadillac from Lamb.  That was a great experience.  We paid our first visit to their service department  this week and left feeling that out business really was important to them.  Excellent service!

I purchased a new Tahoe last year and was now in the market for a reliable used car to get around town. I went to only one dealership based on my previous experience and was not disappointed this time. Test drove six and selected the one filling my needs. Great overall experience.

The free Shuttle was great. Sadly that is the best part of this service visit. i brought a truck in to be checked out. While they could hear the issue it didn't seem like the made any effort to find the problem. While the didn't charge me for the "service". I was sadly disappointed that so little effort was made especially for a vehicle purchased here. The truck can be heard grinding metal, at the end of the day the best answer they came up with was to move a few items out of the door storage cubby. Needless to say this was far from the real issues and sadly insulting of my intelligence. Thankfully there are other service department in this town, but sadly this was still a waste of a day. i hope that I am one of the rare few that get treated this way here.

I've been a truck customer at Lamb Chevrolet for 12 years involving the purchase and servicing of two new trucks. I've received deeply discounted offers with no haggling. The service department is by far the best feature of the dealership, with quick, friendly and reliable service. I would hardily recommend this dealership. They value there customers and understand what it means to have a customer for life.
