I absolutely love the car I got from Lamb Nissan. It came so clean and its absolutely gorgeous. The people were so helpful and they really do love as fast as they can to get you in your new car and on your way. They have no trouble explaining anything to a first time buyer.

I bought my current car, an Altima, from the online dealership part of Lamb Nissan in 2014. I live a long way from any dealership so was searching online. The representative I dealt with was very helpful and straight forward. Since then I have used their servicing department and they have been equally straightforward and helpful. I have felt no pressure to up sell me and service has been efficient and quickly performed. If I were not satisfied I would not still be patronizing them , so not trying to sell me extras is working for both of us. The staff there is friendly and the waiting area is like a combination library/ coffee shop which allows customers to relax or do work while they wait.

I was greeted personally at the door by the service manager. Nice touch !!

Service on my truck was done quickly while I waited in the comfortable lounge. And they washed my ‘dirt road’ truck. I almost didn’t recognize it when it appeared.

I really believe that Lamb Nissan rates as a 5 star store, but they always ask for a review after ever visit. In my present situation,  I'm dealing with a rattle situation that Nissan is trying to controll. By this I mean that there is a definite rattle in the passenger post between the doors. Nissan fix is to keep replacing the roof panels, (I think we're up to four times so far) with no effect on the rattle. So at this point, regardless of how much I think of the work that Lamb Nissan continues to provide, my rating is starting to show the effects of it not being corrected. I am extremely reluctant to even use the moon roof as the last time it was used, it ground up some of the clips which hold the plastic roof panels in. This resulted in one of these panes flying off the car on a trip across Texas. So thanks for that. Would suggest waiting on surveys until problem is really corrected.
