I had an excellent experience purchasing a car from Alan Hoover!  My previous car had been a hand-me-down, so this was my first time purchasing a car, and I could not have asked for a better car buying experience. Alan was extremely friendly and helpful with finding the perfect hybrid car for me. He even drove over the different hybrid cars from across the lot so I could compare all the models side by side.  He thoroughly explained the different features of each car and was very helpful with answering all of my questions.  I felt like Alan had my back and best interest at heart and was definitely not trying to push me into buying anything. Once I found the perfect car, the purchasing experience went very smoothly.  Alan spent extra time going over every single feature of the car with me to make sure I understood what every button did and understood every feature on the touchscreen display. I highly recommend Findlay Toyota to purchase your next car, but be sure to ask for Alan!

Ray and  I were extremely pleased with Kimberly Johnson at Findlay Toyota in Prescott, AZ.   I was dealing with a number of different people in California, Nevada and Arizona to get the best price on a Toyota Sienna.   Love our new Sienna and the wonderful experience.  Kimberly got us a good out the door price including a very good trade-in amount.  She was helpful in explaining the financing which I was having trouble understanding.   She was very patient and explained each detail until I did understand.   She gave us instructions on how to operate all the new gadgets on our new car and offered to answer any further questions we have - which we need.   Think you understand everything she showed us, but right out of the box, we couldn't figure something out, but instead of calling (which we will if we can figure it out), we are reading the manual and trying to work things out.  Great experience.

Christina did a great job of finding us the right Highlander for the right price!  She answered emails, texts, and phone calls quickly and effectively, and I always knew where we stood in the process.  Probably one of the least painful car buying experiences ever!  Pick up was pretty quick, by automobile standards.  Still lots of paperwork, but handled about as efficiently as possible.  We'll use them again!

Had a fantastic experience with Findley Toyota and Mr. Guzman, my sales person. Mark, I believe was the financial person and he was fantastic too. Everyone worked together to get me the best deal for my truck. Appreciate their work and patience. Will definitely get my next truck from Findley. Thank you all for a great experience.

It's sad to say the Findlay Toyota is the only Toyota dealership around. I actually go to Right Toyota in Scottsdale because I cannot stand the rudeness, then the lack of knowledge in some of these mechanics and the fact that I have to keep going back because they forget doing things for my truck. I've tried to buy vehicles from them so many times and the salesman are rude, they try to rip me off and I end up going right back to Right Toyota. I've gotten three vehicles from them and they're wonderful people
