We were referred there by the the Costco car buyers service. Prescott Honda people were very accommodating. Our salesman treated us with the utmost respect and courtesy. There was no haggling on price. He showed us the Kelly Blue Book values on both purchase and trade-in. We ended up buying a car. Very happy with the whole transaction.

Clean, comfortable waiting area. They were short-handed this day, so probably not as prompt as usual in meeting us at the car; had to seek out service rep. Had bought certified used car 6 weeks before and battery died. Although not covered by warranty, they offered to split the cost of installing a new 80-month guarantee battery. Very fair deal.

We had been to the big car show in Phoenix the day before we went to Prescott Honda, so already had a pretty good idea of what we were looking for.  We were contacted at the front door by our salesman, Charlie Higgins.  We liked him immediately.  We found him to be friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the product.  We looked at several vehicles before taking one for a test drive.  All through the process, we never felt as though we were being pressured to make a quick decision to buy that same day.  Negotiations were simple and easy.  We were given all the time we needed to make a decision, though did buy that first day.  The business finance manager, Laura Zimbal, helped us do the paperwork, although we were not financing.  She was an absolute pleasure to work with as well.  Having already owned a Honda, I had some prior dealings with the service department, and was already pleased with my experiences there.  All in all, I would rate the staff and service at Prescott Honda very highly and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the market for a new Honda.

It was a great experience working with our salesman Jim, and Finance Manager, Laura.  The vehicle was priced fairly, presented well, and Jim went above and beyond to fix key fobs and prep the inboard phone for me.  He even carried my little dog Daisy, while I finished necessary paperwork!

Laura is an amazing lady who sparkles with her professionalism and commitment to the details of her work.  I feel as tho I've made a new friend!

I am enjoying my new car, learning about its unique features, and appreciate that this gem of a used car was available at Prescott Honda.

A relatively newer dealer in town, give Prescott Honda a try........you won't be disappointed and you will love the genuine approach and professionalism of these folks.

Straight forward.  Greg handled the sale of our Nissan without any "salesman games." Laura took care of the Financing and  was absolutely spot on. This was the best experience in purchasing a vehicle that we have ever had. Thank you Prescott Honda and the team of people we were so lucky to meet.
