Everything was great during the sales process. We didn't feel pressured. There's no negotiating on price and we got a very fair deal on our trade in. We exchanged a sedan for a van and post-sale there were issues with the tags. We wanted them transferred and were told multiple times that we couldn't do that. So I returned the old tags to find out that they were actually transferred (after the return had gone through). It was a giant headache to deal with. They also took a month to ship back something we accidentally left in the trade-in car and then sent it to the wrong address. It appears that there is a total lack of communication (or competence?) there.

We loved our salesman, Alton. We will never buy another Land Rover from anyone but him. Also on our purchasing process team was Sam, Mitch, and Kenny. All of them were wonderful. We drive 180 miles round trip to shop here (passing Hunt Valley's dealership along the way!) It's worth the trip for this kind of service!

GREAT staffs and service! I recently purchased a RR from Range Rover of Bethesda and it was one of the best car buying experience! Professional, honest and helpful. Ask for Arthur or Val. Kenneth from financial was great as well. I live in Fairfax, Va but will be happy to go back to RR of Bethesda for my next car! Thank you guys !

This is the best Jaguar dealership in MD. Arthur is a great guy. He helped me choose the awesome vehicle.I will recommend this dealership to all friends and family. The staff is also very friendly and nice.

If hell really exists, this is the place.  I have never had such a horrible experience with a company that deals with customers.  When you walk in, all salespeople look miserable.  There is so much turnover that anyone you dealt with a few months prior is most likely not there.  
My car and paperwork were not ready when promised.  I could not receive a return call from 4 messages I left.  And I'm pretty sure the finance manager is a robot.  She had zero empathy for the time crunch and situation I was in related to the purchase of my car.  In addition, I had 8 open "issues", aka recalls, that I was never notified about.  This place is the worst.
