Very unfriendly. We stand in line yesterday. 3 people were in front of us. It was 20 to 10 pm. They close at 10 pm. They told us very rude that they dont serve us, because they close in 20 minutes….
No matter what I say they either won’t toast my sub after me putting TOAST, or they won’t put cheese even if I select cheese.
No clean, no customer service, nothing at all. The dude loosing his hair and have a pony tail works with an attitude, like he didn't wanted to work there, loosing everyone's time. I wonder if they hired him because he knew Spanish, but he didn't want to spoke that language.
Date 11/18/2021 9:13 AM Very rude customer service. The server got upset because I wanted to add some add ons to my sandwich. The server was very upset. There are plenty of people that need jobs and would be very happy to work at subway. But I guess this person hates there job. I would not recommend this Subway to nobody.
It is impressive how the customer service can change your mood. I was with my grandmother making my order and not one, but the three of the employees had a bad attitude toward us. The first one was extremely rude, I just asked if they had bread and he reply as if I asked the weirdest question. The one that made my bread was really angry and he treated us really bad. He might me on a bad mood today, but this is not my fault, and it is not the first time he takes my order. The three times I’ve been here, he acts the same way. And the register guy was awful, he was not paying attention to our order and he charged us more than what it was. I mean, if you do not want to work here then do not do it. If you need to, then act like if you want to or at least be polite with your customers.
I feel bad for the employee, he’s the only one, you can tell he’s upset but I don’t blame him. I blame subway, they shouldn’t allow a store to be so short staffed. One person cannot run one subway by themselves. Especially one inside a busy Walmart. DiPasque, who owns the place, needs to hire more staff.

Bad attitude of employees and gave us the wrong order. Incompetence damages the subway brand. We didn’t check our order trusting all was good and a foot long sandwich was delivered as 6 inch. We couldn’t go back tried to get a refund but not through the app nor via phone subway was able to help us. Bad customer service don’t buy here
