_I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND_ nor use this company again. 1-They are NOT RELIABLE, I picked them from other companies because they said they could get it done in the time I was allotted for the sell of my home. They didn't keep the scheduled day and apparently scheduled it for the following week (past my due date of when it needed to be done.) 2-COST Quoted False -Not even in the ball park of what they said it would be. Told me cost would be lower if I submitted the County fees I did, But the Flowhawks Bill has "Pierce Reporting Fee on the bill". 3-Gave me the RUN AROUND and my Realtor. When we were trying to get the paper work needed for the sale of the home. Took us additional week. 4-NOT DONE CORRECTLY the first time. They had to have someone go to my home 3-4 times. First time they only pumped one tank, instead of calling me with concerns they left. Second time, Alarm wasn't inspected the first time and he found that they did not pump the Second tank. Third time they pumped the second tank. Fourth another inspection because they didn't do it correctly the first time. 5-NOT TRUST WORTHY. They said I would not be billed for the the times they went out there but the BILL has "additional time onsite fees" on bill You will be sorry, if you do go with them you better expect $1,000. more on your bill then what you are expecting and or quoted. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!

Good to Go. Had a clogged filter and backup in the middle of winter years ago. A big problem. It was addressed quickly and reasonably priced. Saved the day. Last year our pump went out after 15 years of service. Both that and new floats ran about $2500. Technician worked into the night to get the job done. He could have came back next morning but saw the job through. Thank you J. After researching local competitors found FlowHawk to be only slightly more expensive. However, unlike others, there is no 1000 or 1200 gallon limit with subsequent gallons charged at .36ea.

Don't waste your time with FloHawks. Twice they canceled an appointment to pump and inspect my septic. It cost me two days from work waiting around for them not to show. Third time, they were to be here at 8am, no show. I couldn't wait around for them again. I went with another company. I'm sorry I have to give them one star to allow the post, they don't deserve any. In fact, if black dots were given, they would get one. Poor excuse of customer service.

Had an appointment for the morning between 8am and 12pm. No one showed or called. I called customer service at 2:15pm and was told the driver was having lunch and would be at my house shortly. At 4:30 I called again and was told the driver would be there within 30 min. At 5:30 still no driver. I called back was told he's just about there, I cancelEd. Very poor customer service, never called to let me know there was delays. Call another company like Drain Pro, Integrity Speptic etc. Highly disappointed.

Not happy at all with Flohawks. I called to get a quote and the numbers they gave me ended up being a bit cheaper than another local company so I canceled my appt to make one with Flohawks. After getting charged it ended up costing nearly $300 more than they quoted. If I would have stayed with the previous company I could have saved $200. Stay far away from Flohawks!
