The JCPenney experience , especially on line, is very satisfying. I know I can log-in and be assured that I can find clothing that fits. That is, the legs are long enough, the arms are long enough, and I can find just about any kind of clothing I want to wear, in casual wear. JCPenney is a real lifesaver.

I have visited Pennys four times in the last 2 weeks and every shopping experience has been great. I love the merchandise but what has made it outstanding has been the attitude of the employees. All have been friendly, smiling, helpful. I have not had to search all over the store to find someone to help me there have been enough employees at the Oak Park Mall location in Overland Park to take care of my questions and so I do not have to wait in a long, long line. 
Thank you to all of the employees there you really do make a difference even though most people don't remember to tell you

Zero stars! Zero stars! Zero stars! There was fraud purchases on my card and they could not fix it because because I didn't have the conf#, name used or phone number used. I obviously don't have that because it was a fraud purchase! I also have the BANK STATEMENT to prove it and still they couldn't help me. 5 hours and 16 reps later still nothing. I'm very upset. I was put on hold for 30 minutes only to find out I wasn't being transferred to anyone. I'm very upset that they could not help me. Bad service. Never bought anything there and now I definitely will at all.
