I have had great assistance from just about every worker out of all the times I’ve made a purchase here, but Nate has to be one of the most stand-offish, unhelpful staff they have. I’d give them a 5 star review if it wasn’t for his unwelcoming attention I get every time I stop in.

Had a really great experience with Nate and the whole team great energy. Nate fixed an issue I had at the Independence Center footaction by giving up his personal pair because Independence Footaction wanted to be greedy and say my reserved pair never came

Service was awful. Workers don’t want to go get shoes, they just keep handing off the shoes to the one worker who actually wants to work that’s already working with multiple customers. Another employee purchasing merchandise while working floor. Won’t return to this location, Independence center location is much better.

The customer service has really gone downhill. There were about 6-7 staff members, NO ONE offered to help. I was looking to buy 4 pairs of shoes, again no one helped us. I needed my 9 year old daughter's foot measured, the girl that was folding clothes didn't want to do it in the first place, she grabbed the closest one (which was a men's one) and said she know how to use it so she walked away. A short dude came over said she wears a 3, just by looking at her foot 😐🤔, then he walked to the back and never came back 😡. Horrible Service #BeenALoyalCustomerFor15Years #LostACustomer

My favorite and only place I buy my sneakers from. Mostly I do alot of online ordering and shipping to the store.
