Absolutely redicuculasly bad customer service!!!  While my wife and daughter shopped my son and I needed to use the restroom a simple request.  Barbara the cashier looked at another and than told me they didn't have one and the closest was at another store.  I couldn't find it being a tourist and had to hold it.  Of coarse upon return I spoke to the manager Jason and he informed me they do have one but it's employee's only.  So I was lied to blatantly by the cashiers Jason than told me they didn't know and he was sorry but it's policy and I explained I understand and am only mad I was lied to at the start.  After my wife was done shopping a co manager tried explaining a corporate policy change involving the bathroom at that point my family was done shopping and I was free to search for a business that would allow me to relieve myself.

Hands down the worst location I visit. Never organized. Rude staff, if you can find someone. I've been to quite a few in the DMV area but this location more than others because I worked in the area for a while. I wouldn't even bother.

The store was incredibly hot and unorganized. The women at the front check out was rude and incredibly unhelpful.

Entered store 4/30/17 11:45 am. Was not greeted or acknowledge. There were two cashiers. I Asked about lip gloss and if there was any that was not matte. First I was given a blank stare I  looked around I was confused,  then was told I should go to CVS. Jason the cashier really did not want to help me and couldn't care less about my business I'm very disappointed I expected better from forever 21 especially in Georgetown.
