Absolutely horrible.. we ordered a very expensive piece in November before Thanksgiving.. we didn't get it until two days before Christmas.. then we got the wrong set pieces.. LOL they sent us half the set, it's a three piece wall set entertainment unit and we got two of the right side shelves not one left and right.. there are doors that also go on but the railing was also missing.. okay so they said we will come back.. when? Three weeks later. They again came back with one piece that was wrong still no railing to hang the sliding doors. Then we reschedule again!!!! They said they came, yet I sat in my kitchen waiting, no one showed up!! No knock on door nothing! Today it is March 1st and they are here AGAIN!! BUT WITH WRONG PIECES!!!! we have still a bad side piece, and no railing!! The worker said that the units piece brought in last time doesn't line up properly meaning it's defective! Ughhhhhh this has been such a nightmare. I grew up in the furniture business my family owning several stores.. if this happened we would have been out of business. These guys are a joke! My living room still is n pieces. 😠😝

Bought a sectional 6 days ago. I've tried to get used to it but it gets very uncomfortable after sitting in it for over 30 mins. Spoke with my salesman today and he informed me that they won't do accept a return after 3 days! Yes you read that right, 3 days! How can anyone determine if a new piece of furniture is comfortable in 3 days?? Unless they change their tune, I'll never buy here again and I'll recommend all my friends and family to do the same.

Went in to purchase a couch. The entire process was rushed. I got the couch and it wasn't perfect. I wanted to return it but then I'm told it's past the return date. It's been less than a week! What kinda place doesn't tell you the return policy and even if they did charge you a 15% restocking fee.

Paid thousands for a bedroom set that is junk. Even bought the warranty. Called the store with no help several times over two year period. This was not a cheap set supposedly. The store employee finally told me that the warranty company really wasn't through them, they just sell it. I would NEVER but here again.
