Welcome to Your Perfect Desert Getaway!

Built around natural artesian mineral water, the Fountain of Youth Spa (or "F.O.Y." for short) is a world-class RV resort and destination for hot springs enthusiasts and travelers looking for a friendly, active, smiling community.

FOY is nestled against the Chocolate Mountain range in the iconic Sonoran Desert region of Southern California, with a vantage point that makes for truly stunning views of the Salton Sea and surrounding areas. Blessed with abundant sunshine, blue skies, and ideal weather through the fall, winter, and spring seasons, you won't find a more comfortable place to relax and enjoy what the park and its community has to offer.

With plenty of room to recreate, hiking trails, professional-grade tennis courts, bocce and horseshoes, the only dull moments you'll have here will have to be on purpose. Indoors you'll find pool and shuffleboard tables, a new fitness center, puzzles, cards and a media room, as well as full kitchens and halls for club gatherings. As our name suggests, our best-known amenities are the pools, spas, and artesian mineral water steam rooms fed by our hot springs.
