Best Place to be pin New York - Whether Stuck in a Snowstorm, or not! This is a great place to stay in New York. The downtown location is great for business or for tourism, especially if you want to kick off your trip with the Statue of Liberty and other attractions. The rates were great, the rooms were a bit tight but had EVERYTHING in them. Sure, maybe there wasn't a lot of walking room, but the layouts were super comfortable and the beds super comfortable. The rooms are warm and cozy! There is in room dining from breakfast to late night (i.e. 10pm), and if you want to eat later, a fantastic bar/restaurant called FETCH

I had the absolute best experience here for my first ever trip to NY. Check-in was quick and easy and they held our bags for us so we could roam the city until our room was ready. The rooms were a little smaller than we are used to in Florida but we had a decent view. However, we did have an issue with the elevators and Dominique went above and beyond to ensure the remaining time of our stay was nothing less than exceptional. I cannot say enough about her, she really went above and beyond. Will stay here again, hands down!

Stayed for two nights - our room was not cleaned in between nights. When I asked on Sunday checkout if it was some sort of New York hotels standard practice not to clean, I was informed it wasn’t. I was asked if I was still in the room in the morning - they won’t clean with someone in there. I left my room at 7:30am. Then he asked if I needed anything and that was it. Now maybe $359/night is a reasonable price for a New York hotel, however, I still feel that at paying that price I should have the bed made, coffee refilled, and clean towels for the bathroom. The hotel desk attendant didn’t seem to willing to do anything to rectify the situation - maybe I was too nice about it. If you’re still reading I will highlight some of the positives. I did request an early check in and late checkout that could not be accommodated. The staff held my luggage though so I could explore the city and not have to haul it around. The staff was also mostly friendly. The room was small yet cozy.

Very nice hotel. Enjoyed the area. Close walk to many things. Friendly people. Wish shower had more pressure but that was my only complaint.

Great Stay! 3 nights in a suite. Suite is HUGE compared to other NY hotels. Clean lobby, clean elevators and very friendly personnel. Room was flawless. Plenty of street parking after 7pm. Will definitely book here again.
