Great location walking distance from inner harbor, without inner harbor prices. In little Italy full of local flare. Free breakfast that was good, but can get busy. Clean modern rooms, Pool, gym on site. Good for families. Use parking garage on next block to save money on parking.

We loved it here! The stay was very comfortable, rooms were very neat and clean. When we first checked in, we were immediately greeted by valet who was extremely helpful! The breakfast was surprisingly good as well. All in all our stay was great! The only complaint I have is one of the staff members who worked at the front desk was very obnoxious. I had an issue with my card and when I called regarding the charges, she chuckled on the phone as if something was funny not only that but a few nights before check out she made us drinks that were supposed to be margaritas but really was just mix and syrup smh but she was the only negative to this hotel. Everyone else on the staff was wonderful!

I would really consider staying in a more quality hotel with a more professional staff that won’t hang up on you. Oh and if you’re lucky enough to get an interior room, you can enjoy every other room on the floor being able to see you walk around naked. Plus if they book you in a room by the pool it’s like free birth control. 50 screaming kids under zero supervision is the best, but feel free to try it out for yourself!

Everything actually was fantastic. Great staff, great service and fantastic rooms! I gave a 4 because the BAR needs to be a REAL BAR! Not a makeshift area by the desk. Also, if you are going to advertise a cocktail that looks AWESOME in the elevator, DO NOT RUN OUT OF VODKA!!! Especially, 2 nights in a row on a FRIDAY & SATURDAY. C'mon HYATT, YOU are better than that!!!!

Nothing short of amazing! I had an awesome time during my 4 night stay. The hotel is so modern and clean. The staff is so friendly and professional. The staff made my stay very enjoyable! Charles in valet in addition to Kyle and Charles at the front desk made my stay so memorable and exciting! Kyle make's the best Sangria's in the world! I can't wait to go visit again and I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else but the Hyatt Place!
