Poor customer service!!!!!!! 
My husband bought me a Seiko watch for Christmas and the watch band was slightly too small, just a link too small. They said they would order the links and after two trips out there they still didn't have them in.  They finally called and said it was in, but when we went out for the third time, they had ordered the wrong one.  When she tried to pull it up on the  computer, they had no record of our having purchases the watch so asked us to bring in our receipt.  
A week later we get a call that they got the right one, but the only person who knew how to do it was on vacation for a week!!!!
We go out today and of course that person  is not in, so someone else is trying to do it but can't,  so we have to leave it so they can have an afternoon person try to fix it.  When I give him our receipt, someone else's name is on the receipt which we had not noticed.  It is our information and the correct sale information.  Now they are trying to fix that as well so we have proof of sale.  Just hope they do not lose it or my watch.
I have never had such poor customer service in my life!  Thoroughly frustrated with them.  
Six weeks we have been dealing with this!  Totally unexceptable!

I know Fred Meyers doesn't make the electronics they sell, but ive boughten a camera, a game controller, a digital picture frame and a USB cable from their electronics section. None of these items worked out of the box.
