Wow!! What a great experience! Bruce and his team went the extra mile for us. We had lots of questions and they took time to answer them all and be sure we understood what was going to be the best fit for our family. We won't go anywhere else.

I have worked with Bruce and his staff in different capacities over the years. I find Frost RV to have integrity and exceed my expectations every time I need them. I would highly recommend that you stop into Frost RV the next time you are looking to buy and RV, Trailer or Toy Hauler.

April 11, 2018 Bruce Frost Frost RV 5101 N La Canada Tucson, AZ 85704 Re: Dan Kalm, Venom RV Dear Bruce— Last Saturday I was in to purchase a part from the parts store and Bill took care of me. It appears from the message I got Monday that I was greatly undercharged. I could have called and paid, but instead am writing to you to tell you that two wrongs don’t make a right—so I’m enclosing a check. You may ask—what does that mean—when I bought my RV in January of 2017, I requested and you all kindly installed a 2nd battery as part of the purchase. We’ve used the RV on and off and really like the Venom RV. I’m not a huge fan of your company in the after the sale arena and my interaction with you has been less than stellar. Thus I’ve done everything to avoid your company—unfortunately, Saturday, I was in a fit of desperation and needed a piece—so I stopped by and Bill was kind enough to assist me. Attached is the message I received from the parts guy. You may ask—who cares or why are you writing—I’ll explain. When I had my RV in Parker, one of my batteries failed. I took it to Spanky’s RV who tested the battery and confirmed it was dead. But they told me that the battery was from 2014 and therefore not under warranty. Nice—a 2014 battery schlepped into my 2018 rig—that’s incredible integrity. Bruce—I remain disappointed in your company, the short cuts, the lack of stability and the fact that I still need to replace the 2nd battery to the tune of 200 bucks. I know you will not care—but I do—I could easily give you the middle finger and say great—take it off my battery cost and not respond—but two wrongs do not make a right—therefore, I am enclosing a check to make up for the difference. One, Bill is a good guy and helped me out and two—I appreciate being able to get the part. I hope at some point, things improve over there. But shame on you once again sir. Take care!! Daniel A Kalm

It's always nice in this day and age to find a company that truly cares about their customers and has a very knowledgeable staff. Go see them and see what they can do for you :)

I'm not sure if this is the proper place for this review. I cannot seem to find a place for a review of the service dept. Buying the RV at Frost was fine. Good experience. The after care however DO NOT TAKE IT TO THEIR REPAIR SHOP!!!! This is not based on only one visit. Have been there approximately five times. Three for same issue. And finally this time. I'm angry about this because it ruined an 8 day trip where I needed my generator and it would not run. So now they tell me to go somewhere else. After taking 800.00 from me the previous time I brought it in for the generator and telling me it is fixed. This seems too me to be the way the repair shop does business...again NOT based on one visit. If the " owner" who seems to respond to these reviews can email me with a proper place to send a detailed review of the repair shop I will greatly appreciate it. For anyone reading. Please save yourselves the head ache and get repairs done somewhere else. Thank you.
