I was in a tough spot- short on time, disabled trade in, and it was about 8:45 pm.  Mark Kollar and his sales manager, Mike, stayed late to help me find the right vehicle, negotiated a fair price and terms of my trade in.  They were professional and I appreciated their candor.  In the end, I feel I paid a fair price for the vehicle and received exceptional service from Mark and Mike.
