I'm reviewing the Service Department. Without a doubt, Tucson Subaru is the top rated Service Department when considering the Toyota and Chevrolet dealers. This is truly amazing for me to say since there is only one Subaru dealer in Tucson, so they have a captive market. Yet, time and time again, the Service Department far exceeds my expectations. Mind you, I have no problem being honest in my reviews. One thing that frequently comes to mind is how I feel like their only customer, even though our Outback is now eight years old. I am treated with respect. Tucson Subaru reminds me of the old Saturn dealers who sold inexpensive cars, yet treated you like you bought a Cadillac. Anyway, if you own a Subaru, this is the place to go (even disregarding that it is the only Tucson dealership).

Tim was very helpful, along with all the other staff we worked with at Tucson Subaru.  The overall experience was much better than I anticipated from a car dealer.  I am satisfied with the price and financing options we were offered.  I'm a Honda guy, but Subaru had an experience and value that I could not turn away from.

I really like that they didn't try to pressure me into a sale. Unlike the competitors, they gave me time and space to consider my options for my next vehicle purchase. The staff was very helpful and willing to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. I ended up purchasing a Subaru because I felt like a connected with the people, the atmosphere, and most importantly: my new car (which I love!!). Only thing that needs improvement is maybe the salesman had a tendency to get a little distracted when I needed his full attention.

Recently bought my beautiful Challenger from Subaru and I can't say enough positive things about the dealership and our sales person. Trent Nichols is absolutely fabulous and believes in no pressure sales. He worked out an amazing deal for us and we just couldn't be happier. If you're looking for a dealership that's not pushy, sneaky, or high pressure then go to Tucson Subaru and ask for Trent Nichols. You won't regret it!

Review on buying a used car -- 
Dealerships makes me uneasy as I am a first time buyer and prone to nervousness.  I felt pretty comfortable at Tucson Subaru.  I did take a while to make a car decision while also exploring my car options elsewhere but came back to Subaru because they had the car I wanted.  My sales associate (Kevin McDougall) kept in touch and updated me on the status of the car I was interested in but wasn't overbearing or pushy.  I appreciate the space I was given.  The actual car buying process was emotionally stressful for me but like I said, I'm prone to nervousness.  The environment there was really calm and helped me while I was there. My associate Kevin was especially calm and soft spoken which made me feel totally not pressured -- definitely ask for him. I remember feeling like I could back out at any moment and it would be ok, everyone were really patient with me.  I am grateful to my associate and Tucson Subaru for making the experience positive since it was my first time buying and it was a really big decision! I'm really happy with my purchase.  I think car buying is stressful no matter what but Tucson Subaru was a comfy place with a lot of nice people.
