One would expect better customer service. Purchased a car lifetime maintenance. Service department set me up for an appointment but I was there waiting three and a half hours. Went to set up an appointment this time they don't have any. I was told that I could just walk in and wait guess I'll just do that because it'll take 3 and 1/2 hours anyway... people I do not care if you like your job or not you need to at least act like it and be helpful kind and courteous to your customers. The only reason I will go back here to have my car serviced because it's the closest place to my house. Just had a service and it was much better than the last with no appointment. 1/3. Let's see if they can keep it consistent and I may award them another star.

They recommend me to buy maintenance for life over $1,000 and later moved to other state. I noticed that I have maintenance for life that I never used. Finance dep. said not refundable and not able to transfer to new owner. When you buy a car here make sure you need this or not. Nobody will explain how it works. And they will add window tint $399 without you notice. You will see after you sign all the paper works.

Well what can I say? At first I called to confirm the price of a car and Mike answered the phone.He was very nice and I told me that our credit is not the best.He told me that they have programs and they shouldn't have any problems so we set up an appointment. When we showed up, we found out that Mike was the manager and he sent us off with another salesman. The overall experience was great but when it came to the finance portion it took a sour turn. Our credit was not working for them. Mike came out to talk to us and said that they would keep trying tomorrow because the banks were closed and we would get a call back. Over the next couple of days I kept getting credit inquires from Credit Karma. Turned out that they ran our credit 9 times which lowered our credit even further. They never even bothered to call us back. I felt like we were just not worth it to them. I understand our credit was bad,but just a phone call to let us know would of been great. It left with me with a very dissatisfied feeling. My mom purchased a brand new Sentra from this exact dealership last year and had great customer service, so I thought we would too. In the future, when our credit is better or we get a cosigner, we will NEVER use this dealership again because I never want to have this feeling again. I never want to feel like just a dollar sign and not a customer ever again.

I need to share with the world my first ever Perfect car buying experience. I've bought quite a few in my years. Manny put together the ultimate package for us... the perfect vehicle for our needs.. we threw this dude lots of challenges.. he didn't bat an eye! He got the job done in record speed! Never have I had such an enjoyable car buying experience..soooo why would someone from the Phoenix area go to Tucson to purchase a vehicle?!?! 1) thousands saved on sales tax 2) you get the opportunity to meet this genuine human in person 3)tooo many positive reasons to count! Including the best prices! Richard the finance manager was equally as incredible! He explained everything in detail so that I could understand it. Very professional and warm... The teamwork was quite astounding! I will never ever ever purchase a car from anyone else! Thank you Jim Click , Manny and Richard! You're the best
