Seriously the best car buying experience I have ever had. I have bought 2 cars from IOT now and plan on making them my dealer for life. I can’t say enough good things about the Finance department especially Gabe for helping me out both times.

I had to deal with a sub-par dealership for the last few years.  My visit at Tucson today was a reminder of what  Infiniti service should be like. Thank you!

Bought my Infiniti here a few years ago and my seat belts locked up recently . My  vehicle is under warranty and the service manager would not repair my seat belts because he claims that only happens when the  vehicle is in a accident. I explained to the service manager that I was never in a accident and if I was that would have made  an auto insurance claim. In addition to this I also tried to meet with Boe Watson the GM and I haven't heard back from him. Do yourself a favor and do not buy from a Watson dealership...
